Franklin Augustus Seiberling was the co-founder, (along with his brother, Charles), of the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in Akron, Ohio. He later founded the Seiberling Rubber Company in Barberton, Ohio.
F.A., as he was called, and his wife, Gertrude, built a beautiful English manor estate in Akron named Stan Hywet Hall.
